She has a heart for those on the fringe who need to be connected to a community of believers and find love. Coming from Zimbabwe Africa, Dale understands what it means to be a foreigner trying to "fit into" a new culture. She also understands that all too often the Body of Christ is like a foreign country to someone who recently accepted Christ as personal Lord and Savior. Dale's heart is to be a bridge that seeks the stranger and love's them on their journey.

Marc is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. He is the type of person that, once you have been in his presence, you want what he has. Marc is dedicated to his walk with the Lord and has a passion to see the lost saved. Married with 2 children the Nolette's live in Columbus, OH where they attend the Vineyard Church of Columbus. Marc and Alisha serve faithful at VCC and lead a very fruitful home group. Marc's love for sharing the message of Christ has lead him to build a website called

Eileen Lawson

Plus you can find out more about Eileen's story by visiting her blog.Eileen serves as Connect Groups Director and oversees all aspects of the "free-market" small groups at the Vineyard Church of Pataskala(Ohio). Eileen graduated from the highly acclaimed Vineyard Leadership Institute in June 2005. She had previously served as Director of Ministries at another church and assisted the pastor with various ministries while a member at Eastside Vineyard. She has served in various "servant/leader" capacities including Alpha courses (for beginning Christians), and currently leads a Vineyard Church of Pataskala Home Group. Eileen is a gifted teacher with a heart of service. Her desire is to see the Kingdom of God preached and to help others discover their gifts and discover what God has for them. She lives in Pataskala with her husband, Dennis, and three children, Dennis Jr., Gena and Daniel. Eileen has worked since June 2007 as the church's administrative assistant.
